Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account we store your name, email address, and profile photo. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google — nothing else from your Google account.

Content you upload. Listing photos, brand assets, logos, audio, avatar and talking-head photos, scripts, and any media you add to a project.

Usage data. Credits consumed, renders generated, feature usage, and basic technical logs used to operate and improve the service.

To authenticate you, generate the videos, animations, voiceovers, and avatars you request, track credit usage and billing, send transactional and product emails, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information.

TourFX relies on third-party processors to deliver the product. Depending on the features you use, your content may be processed by our hosting and database provider, our media storage and delivery provider, our email delivery provider, our payment processor, and the AI model providers that generate animations, voiceovers, avatars, and captions. These providers process data only to perform the requested task.

Your projects and uploads stay available while your account is active. You can delete individual photos, videos, brand kits, and avatars at any time from within the app. To delete your account and associated content, contact us and we will remove it.

Access to your data requires authentication, and database access is restricted by row-level security rules so accounts can only read their own records. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security.

You can update your profile, change your password, and manage your brand kits from your account. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, email us at support@tourfx.ai.

TourFX is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.
