Terms & Conditions

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

TourFX runs on credits. Generating animations, voiceovers, avatar clips, and renders consumes credits at the rates shown in the app before you confirm each action. Credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by law, and unused credits have no cash value.

You retain ownership of the photos, logos, scripts, and other material you upload. You grant TourFX a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service — including sending it to the AI providers that generate your videos.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including listing photos, brand assets, and any likeness used for AI avatars or talking heads.

Subject to your account being in good standing, you may use the videos TourFX generates for your marketing. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing, including any claims about a property.

You agree not to use TourFX to:

• upload content you do not have rights to, or that infringes others' rights;
• create avatars or voice clones of anyone without their explicit permission;
• produce misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or harassing material;
• reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its underlying AI providers.

We work to keep TourFX available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party AI providers may experience outages or change their models, which can affect generation times and results.

You can stop using TourFX at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TourFX's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
